Hi, I’m Dawn! I’m originally from Louisiana, but have called Austin home for more than half my life now. I love being in nature, discovering places and things that bring me peace. I’m a proud Gen X momma to three amazing humans, a dog mom, and a wife.

 

My path to this work began with my own decade-long struggle with chronic IBS. After years of doctors, naturopaths, lab work, supplements, and countless other approaches that never addressed the root cause, I discovered the transformative power of photobiomodulation (light therapy), and got my life back. That experience set me on a mission to find ways to help others and spread the word that our bodies have an innate ability to heal themselves and thrive! My current focus is non-invasive body contouring and pain management, leveraging the wide-ranging benefits of light therapy including increased circulation, reduced inflammation, improved cognitive function, cell regeneration, collagen production, and increased energy…to name a few.

At my core, I'm an empath and a giver who finds the most joy in helping others. I know the struggle of being a woman in an ever-changing body, carrying daily stress while trying to live with peace and intention, and that lived experience drives everything I do.

 

Meanwhile, the same curiosity that led me to photobiomodulation is guiding me into energy work like Reiki and biofeedback, with the intention of eventually offering a more complete, whole-body approach to wellness for my clients. I'm always eager to learn, grow, and share what I discover. I hope my story resonates with you. I'm so glad you're here.
