Start Now Wellness Center began in early 2015 at a local resort that was located in Genoa, Nevada and known for their geothermal hot springs. While at the resort we had many clients both local and resort visitors. In June of 2019 the resort sold and it became necessary to find a new location. Carson City, Nevada became our new home and although we were ready for our grand re-opening in March of 2020 we had to postpone due to Covid.

It is exciting to be open now at our new location where we are able to offer many services and take pride in our “no two people are alike” customized packages. Our services include Ion Cleanse foot soak for detox, Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy, Peat Mud Bath with full body wrap and Oxygen, Low Level Light Therapy, Total Body Vibration, Far Infrared Sauna, Nerve Express testing, Foot & Leg Massage by compression sleeves, as well as our newest service Infra Sculpt.

To help safeguard our clients and staff, Start Now Wellness Center continuously disinfects all areas, runs 2 H-13 HEPA filters as well as a UCV, germicidal system in the ductwork. We also control the number of clients allowed in the building at any one time.
