I’m Dawn! I’m originally from Louisiana, but have called Austin home for more than half my life now. I love nothing more than to be outside exploring and finding places that bring me peace. I’m a proud Gen X mother to three amazing humans, a dog mom, and a wife. I’m also a recent empty-nester who is stepping into this new phase of life with intention. 

 

I recently discovered light therapy on my more than 10 year journey to heal my chronic IBS and overcome the negative impact it has had on my life. I have spent years seeing doctors and naturopaths, doing lab work, running tests, taking supplements and all the things to no avail because they weren’t actually getting to the root of the problem. Turns out, our bodies are equipped to heal themselves given the tools they actually need. Since every living organism, every cell in our body needs light to function properly, it only makes sense that light is the answer. I’m living proof!
