Meet Bryche — Founder of InfraSCULPT™

Bryche is the Founder of InfraSCULPT™, a mom of two, and has spent over 20 years in the wellness industry, with a career rooted in infrared, light-based wellness, and helping people feel better in their bodies.

After operating one of the largest infrared sauna companies in North America, Bryche became fascinated by the way different wavelengths of light interact with and support the body. That experience ultimately led her to develop the signature InfraSCULPT™ 3-Step Wellness Program, combining red light, whole-body vibration, and infrared sauna into one simple wellness routine.

The Original InfraSCULPT™ Flagship

Our San Diego studio is where InfraSCULPT™ began and remains our original flagship location. While InfraSCULPT™ was originally recognized for body sculpting, our San Diego studio has evolved to reflect what has always been at the heart of the program: wellness from within.

Today, our primary focus is supporting circulation, recovery, relaxation, cellular wellness, and helping our clients build a consistent wellness routine that supports how they feel, move, and live.

Bryche and the San Diego InfraSCULPT™ team are Board Certified Light Therapists, bringing education and experience to every client's wellness journey. Bryche has personally worked with thousands of clients and has seen firsthand the difference that consistent light-based wellness can make.

InfraSCULPT™ isn’t about chasing a different body. It’s about supporting the one you live in.
