Hi, I’m Erin! My journey into the world of health and wellness began over 18 years ago when I earned my degree in Exercise Science, Health, and Wellness. Over nearly two decades, I’ve had the privilege of working across a diverse spectrum of specialized care—from long-term and Alzheimer's care to cardiac and pulmonary rehab, as well as cancer wellness. Helping individuals navigate complex health challenges has always been my calling, but it wasn't until I faced my own personal health battle that my perspective truly evolved. After years of struggling and finding that Western medicine couldn't quite uncover the root cause of my symptoms, I knew I needed to look deeper.

Driven to find real answers, I dedicated the last few years to expanding my education in Naturopathic Health, Holistic Nutrition, and Herbalism. Merging my deep clinical background with these powerful holistic modalities allowed me to view wellness through a truly comprehensive lens. Today, I am proud to bring all of this experience together as a Certified Light Therapist. My mission is to educate and empower my clients using science-backed, targeted red light therapy.
